Dr. Howell's Belly Tonic — Dong Quai is a fermented liquid probiotic beverage containing the root of the herb Dong Quai.

It is naturally fermented using the FloraFerm™ process, which increases the bioavailability of nutrients and adds active good bacteria.

Dong Quai has been used for thousands of years by the Chinese people.

Traditionally used for women, but men may find this herb useful as well. The name Dong Quai translates as “return to order.”

How to Use
Recommended minimum serving: 50 mL.

This is a fermented drink based on raw whole foods rather than a medicine. You can have more if you like.

• Dilute with still or sparkling water
• Add to freshly squeezed juice
• Add to smoothies or salad dressings
• Drink neat
• Add to recipes
• Use as a starter culture for yogurts, cultured vegetables and other fermented foods

Storage
Store in a cool, dark place.
Sediment is naturally occurring. Gently tilt the bottle side to side to mix.
The liquid is self-carbonating. Refrigerate before opening. Untwist the cap slowly. Store in the fridge after opening.
